"The website 福音电台 http://www.fydt.org" ("FYDT") hereby explicitly grants permission to the iOS app "福音电台 FYDT" to download and store any content from FYDT. Permission granted includes (but is not limited to) text based sermons, mp3 audio recordings of sermons and messages, mp3 recordings of songs, scores and lyrics of songs, videos of songs and other types of videos from FYDT.
